In the event of loss of the ticket the user must prove their identity on the vehicle in order to take it. The days counted for periods of 24 hours of the day, hour and minute of the issuance of the ticket for access to the car park. The minimum recruitment of Aparcaivola services is 1 day.
The company disclaims any liability in the event of malicious use of the website by the users, technical problems with the servers and or systems beyond the control of the company, either providing false or inaccurate data from users, as well as incorrect completion of the required information.
The company will take civil or criminal actions according to the corresponding law, against any improper use of the company´s web domain. Disputes arising in relation to this domain are governed only by Spanish law, submitting to the Courts and Tribunals in the city of Barcelona.
