How does the points program work?
How can I be part of the Points Program?
Simply register on our website.
How do I collect points?
You must meet two requirements: Firstly, make reservations via the web as a registered user and secondly, reservations must be made at least 12 hours before accessing our car parks.
How long does it take you to take us to the airport?
We have 8-seater minibuses available for immediate transportation of our customers.
How many points do I get for each stay?
You will always accumulate 5% of the amount of the valet parking every time you use our services.
How much is 1 point worth?
A point is worth 1€.
What can I do with my points?
You can exchange them for free days or for a discount from the service charge.
When can I redeem them?
Whenever you want, because there is no minimum of how many points you can collect.
Where can I redeem them?
In any of our car parks, except for the Aparcainavega service.
Where can I collect points?
At any of our car parks, except for the Aparcainavega service.
Do my points expire?
They will expire if you have not used them in the period of 1 year.

Aparcaivola Express only operates in T1. If you wish to go to T2 please use Aparcaivola
How long do you take to take us to the airport?
We have 8-seater minibuses available for immediate transportation of our customers.
How long do you take to reach to the airport?
We take about 4 minutes.
Where do you drop us off?
Right in front of the terminal you need, so you don't have to walk far with your luggage.
What do we have to do for you to pick us up?
In Aparcaivola Express you don’t have to call us. Just simply go to our pick-up point, where there will always be a minibus waiting.
Where do you pick us up?
As soon as you arrive at our car parks you are notified about the pick-up points in the airport.
Should I pay in advance?
No, you can pay on your return. We accept all credit cards, except American Express.

What should I do on the day of my trip?
15 minutes before arriving at the airport, you need to call us so when you arrive, we will be waiting for you in the DEPARTURE Terminals.
What should I do on my return?
You can call us as soon as you have collected your luggage. If you have just got hand luggage, you can call us as soon as you disembark the plane.
When do I have to pay?
You can pay on your return, when we return you your car.
Can I pay in cash?
This service can be only be paid using a credit card.

Do I need to make a reservation?
It is essential to make reservations through our website with a minimum of 72hs in advance.
Which port terminals do you operate in?
We only operate with the cruises that depart from the “Muelle Adosado” and the World Trade Center Barcelona terminals.
How long do you take to take us to the port?
We have a fixed bus timetable for departures and pick ups to and from the port:

ARRIVALS: 11:30, 12:30, 13:30 & 14:30.
PICK-UPS: 9:00 & 10:00.
How long do you take to reach the port?
About 15 to 20 minutes.
Where do you drop us off and collect us?
We drop you off and collect you at the door of the boarding terminal.
What do we have to do for you to pick us up?
You will need to call us on the telephone number that is on the ticket we give you and we will tell you which bus you can take.

If the boat is delayed, can you still pick us up?
Yes, we are aware of all delays and we will adapt our bus timetable accordingly.
